Service Description
Fixing or replacing of 3-4 nails that may have broken. PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than 4 nails that need replacing/fixing, it will be deemed that a new set is required and charged as such. If I do not have enough time to complete a new set, a new appointment will need to be made and there will be a charge of 50% of the existing appointment due to the incorrect service being booked.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours before the appointment. *Less than 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Less than 12 hours notice will result in 100% of the service cost being charged. LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY: To respect the time of my clients and myself, I ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee ($20). Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment and be charged as a *"No-Show". NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not show up for an appointment, *you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. SALON CANCELLATION POLICY: I reserve the right to cancel an appointment. Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability. *The system automatically charges the relevant fees
